Excess Water: Water usage in excess of the allocations will be charged at $1.80 per Kl (Kiloliter), with no concessions.
Rates and Charges: The above rates and charges are per assessment. Calculated amounts are rounded down to the nearest 5 cents.
New or Additional Service Connections: Each applicant for a new or additional service connection within the Board's Gazetted Area will be required to pay a head works charge of $1,500 plus the cost of installation (including labour and meter cost).
Restriction of Outstanding Debt: A $50 fee will be charged for services that are restricted due to outstanding debt.
Disconnections for Outstanding Debt: A $50 fee will be charged for services that are disconnected. Additional charges will be incurred for debt recovery and/or legal action.
Reconnections: A $50 fee will be charged for services that are reconnected following payment of debt.
Progressive Payment of Assessments: All progressive payments must begin before or upon receipt of an assessment and the assessment must be paid in full by the end of any discount period. Alternative arrangements must be approved by the secretary.
Searches and Meter Readings: A $75 fee shall apply for a search of the Boards records. A further fee of $50 shall apply for a special meter reading. Landowners who disagree with a billing and request a reading of a meter shall incur a fee of $50 if the reading is correct.
