Concessions are available for aged pensioners who own and reside at the Property. You will need to attach a copy of your Council Rates notice and Seniors Card to the completed form.

Pensioners will be billed every six months $45.00 and this entitles them to 25Kl (Kiloliters). Any excess usage will be charged at $1.80/Kl. Fees and charges may change without warning.
